CATALOG NUMBER 38 PRODUCT UPDATE HAULMAAX ® EX Generation 1 and Generation 2 After July 15th, 2024, Hendrickson launched an updated bolster spring configuration for HAULMAAX EX, Hendrickson’s latest rubber rear vocational suspension. The bolster spring configuration before 7/15/2024 is now referred to as Generation 1 and after 7/15/2025 as Generation 2. Generation 1 is equipped with M12 flange fasteners for the bolster spring upper flange and M20 flange fasteners for the bolster spring lower flange. Generation 2 is equipped M12 flange fasteners for both the bolster spring upper and lower flanges, achieving a standardized design across these components. When comparing a Generation 1 and Generation 2 frame saddle, the most noticeable difference is the absence of the frame saddle stamping in the Generation 2 version. This change reflects an update in design with a more streamlined look.
